I've had a few jobs but for a biggish part of my life I was a teacher. And then...
...I enrolled on a Btec in art at the local uni and found that not only could I draw better than I could write (I used to want to be a writer)but I loved it more than anything I had ever done.
So it was easy to work super hard and after a stroke of luck , sweat and persistence I got my dream job.
I illustrated a whole 140 pictures in a poetry book. I have been working with a fantastic poet name emma purshouse and a wonderful, patient publisher, Nadia Kingsley of Fair Acre press. Together we have created a fab poetry book which has won the poetry category in the Rubery awards..YAAY!!
I spend a lot of time messing around with art stuff and when i'm not doing that i cuddle my pug Frank, and stare a lot.
